For the past 17 years, my husband Richard and I have worked together representing buyers and sellers throughout the greater Los Angeles area, the state of California, and a vast national and international referral network. Transactions have included Wilshire Corridor properties, Malibu beach houses, Beverly Hills apartment buildings, single family homes and condominiums, and unique properties by renowned architects, Gerard Colcord and Rafael Soriano. We start by identifying their wants and needs. We then formulate a plan that includes putting my team of professionals (mortgage brokers, title officers, escrow agents) together who will help them to shape the path to success. We begin the process of preparing the property for sale or identifying properties for purchase. We listen to and consider all the wants and needs of our clients throughout the sale or purchase process. After completion, we stay in contact to insure their satisfaction and prepare for the next phase of the journey.
